Homemade Pizza Rolls


Looking to have some people over and need a quick snack? These easy-to-make pizza rolls ought to do the trick. Make sure you have the following:

  • Pillsbury pizza dough
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of choice (bacon, obviously)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese

Now you’re ready to get cooking. Set the oven to what the pizza dough requires and while you’re waiting for it to heat up, grab an oven tray to cook it on. Put something on the pan so the bottom of the crust doesn’t burn (i.e. pam cooking spray or oil). Alright, now it gets really difficult from here.

Step 1: The Rolls
Tear a part a piece of the pizza dough and put the toppings and mozzarella cheese on it. Now roll it up so it’s all covered inside. Once the oven has reached the right temperature, put them in and wait as long as the pizza dough tells you to.

Step 2: The Seasoning
You’re basically done! I know, it was hard, but good for you! While it’s cooking mix in a small bowl the oil, salt, basil, oregano, and garlic powder. When the rolls are done, baste each one with a bit of this mix and then sprinkle them all with a little bit of parmesan. Viola! Dip them in a bowl of pizza sauce and deliciousness ensues!
