The Power of Music

History and heaven agree with us: music is powerful. That’s why we all use it to worship the Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty.

It shakes the body and rocks us to our core.
It joins all creation in a univocal chorus.
It is a method used to create the One who made it.
It brings joy and happiness to those of us who play it.
It also brings tears and reflection.

Below is a video of a jam session I had quite awhile back with with my band The Newfangled Sequence. It was just a practice for a concert we were going to have later that week, but in this moment you can see incredible joy and happiness come over us all. God built music to be affective and effective.

Worship Jam Session (Video)

So we had another 24 hour worship service at the Father’s House today/yesterday. I’ve taken a bunch of the video clips recorded by my friend Jesse and my other friend “The Floor” and put them together.

Jesse, readers. Readers, Jesse.

“The Floor”, readers. Readers, “The Floor.”

Folks, let’s bring revival to Michigan together. As well as the whole world. That’d be good too :) Below is your video! Oh and as always, if you’re reading this on facebook, you’ll have to click on the little thumbnail to view it:
